I am having an issue working with UI Builder and I hope you can help me.
The company for whom we are working has asked me to prevent people from modifying planned durations from project workspace if the project has already started. I tried to do this by business rule, but if you have ever tried to apply a business rule on project workspace is possible that you have noticed that they do not work precisely well.
To solve it, I visited my beloved UI Builder to see if there was any property which could help me in this issue, and I think I found them:
You can also find some information about this properties in ServiceNow Developer. The problem appears when, as you can see, I have already changed this properties to "false" and the console is still letting the user change duration of tasks and create dependencies.
Has anybody faced this issue before? I would be very grateful if anybody has any idea on how to solve this.
