Inactive resources not showing up in resources section in project workspace

Hi Everyone,

 

when a resource got inactivated that resource assigment details is not showing in resource section in project workspace to reassign or unassign the resource could you please help me where i need to do the configuration to show up the inactive resource details in resources section project workspace

please see the screenshot i have resource assignment created for the user aashish after he got inactive that resource assignment was not showing up here in resources section i need that to show up

Can you try with repair the plugin "SPM Planning Attributes Core" once.

Based on what I read so far, you have two ways to handle this:

 

System-Wide multiple changes:
You can adjust the system filters, dictionary attributes, or business rules that hide inactive users (active=false). Please note that this is a global change, so you will likely want to revert it once your work is complete.

 

Workaround:
Temporarily activate the user in the User table (sys_user). Reassign or unassign their tasks within the Project Workspace. Deactivate the user again once finished.
