I am not able to configure Instance observer plugins in the PDI instance i am not able to install impact plugins due to it paid version.

Hi @AmarK5091109573,
Most ServiceNow plugins can be activated on your PDI from the Plugins list. Some paid and premium plugins are only available for paid instances and are not available for activation from within the PDI. Where possible, premium plugins can be activated from the Developer Site

If possible, you can try getting access a demo instance from your company and try installing the plugin there.
