Images disappeared after a while in Knowledge article

We want to insert a lot of images in Knowldge articles.
Do we have to use the "Insert image" function or can we also use Copy & Paste?
With Copy & Paste it is much quicker if you have a lot of images in an article, because you simply insert them and don't have to save them beforehand so that you can upload them using the Insert image function.
However, when inserting images with Coppy & Paste, we have noticed that images disappear after a while. Why is this? Is there a way to counteract this?

Hi @MohamadMunA,

Please refer to the below article suggesting to use 'Insert Image' instead of 'Copy & Paste' .

Hello @MohamadMunA

There may be a possibility that KB articles are with same number. For example today: KB 0000123 is created which is showing images perfectly fine. After some time, there is a new KB article created/imported with same number.

copy and paste images in a KB article works fine. You have to ensure that when you copy and paste the images and save your article then all such images appear as attachments to the KB article. If you want to move these articles from one instance to another, then create an update set and make it your current update set. Open KB article, under related links, click add to update set and then open update set and scroll down to related list "customer updates" to ensure all such KB articles are captured.

Hope it helps!
