Is there a way to change what displays on a VTB card?

I created a flexible visual task board for project governance tracking and instead of seeing the project STATE, I would like to display the PHASE field on the card.  Is this possible?

It sounds like you want to change the vertical lane of your VTB. Click on the i in your VTB > change vertical lane field.

Hi,

The table in question will have a VTB view that defines what fields show up on the card, here is how you can change it

Configure the fields that appear in a card on a task board.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the form you want to configure fields for.
  2. Right-click the header and select Configure > Form Layout.
  3. Under the Form View section, select the VTB view.
You may need to create a VTB view for the form. For more information, see Create and delete views .
  4. Select the fields to appear on the card by adding or removing the fields from the Selected column. You can also adjust the order they appear on the form by moving the fields up or down.

Anurag,

Thank you for the the detailed explanation.  Will the changes automatically show up on an active flexible visual task board or will the board need to be recreated to show the new field?  Thank you again.

I'm not sure tbh, It should show up on existing boards, they will have to be loaded again.

Might need cache clear.
