Is there any update on ability to print Planning Gantt Chart from the Project Workspace?

Hello Team,

I’ve included a screenshot of the new Project Workspace below. I noticed that there doesn’t appear to be an option to export or print the Gantt Chart to a PDF.

In the old Planning Console, there was a feature to print the Planning Gantt Chart.

Is there an alternative method to export or print the Planning Gantt Chart in the new Project Workspace? I have seen this question posed previously, has there been any update on this request?

Hello @JulianaI,

From what I’ve read and seen in the current release of ServiceNow Project Workspace, the option to directly export or print the Gantt Chart to PDF is not available yet.

Current Workarounds

Since native export/print isn’t supported, users typically rely on the following alternatives:

• Screenshot / Image Capture
  Capture the visible Gantt chart from Project Workspace and paste it into a document or presentation.

• Browser Print to PDF
  Use your browser’s print function (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P) and select “Save as PDF” to capture the current view of the Gantt chart.

• Export Data to Excel
  Export the underlying project task data to Excel and recreate the Gantt chart there for a printable/shareable version.
