Kicking off the ServiceNow Project Management Journey

Hi Everyone/PMs,

Aspiring ServiceNow Project Manager here. I have some questions please:

1. What are the best first steps you would recommend to break into ServiceNow project management field (certifications, experience-building tips etc.)? 
2. Also, does anyone know of formal or informal mentorship programs for ServiceNow PMs? 

About me? I am PMP certified and currently work as a Project Manager where I manage small to medium sized IT and operations projects.
