Aspiring ServiceNow Project Manager here. I have some questions please:
- What are the best first steps you would recommend to break into ServiceNow project management field (certifications, experience-building tips etc.)?
- Also, does anyone know of formal or informal mentorship programs for ServiceNow PMs?
About me? I am PMP certified and currently work as a Project Manager where I manage small to medium sized IT and operations projects.
