Knowledge search does not work

Hello community,

customer started using knowledge articles but not all articles are shown when we are searching from the cusomername.service-now.com/esc

I did check the search sources and it seems to be fine, shows all 22 records (they have 22 knowledge articles in one Knowledge base).
It finds some knowledge articles from that Knowledge base and some does not so setting on the KB that is not the case. "Valid_to" date is fine on all articles. They are all in the published workflow.

I went to the Indexed sources and indexed all tables but result is still the same.

Alco, it does not find the knowledge article when using a word from its description or body but finds that same article when searching via the knowledge article number. And when I search for a word "Erstellen" (german customer), it does not find the knowlede article where this word is in the Short description and Article body but does find another knowledge article where this word is mentioned.

When I heck in the knowledge base, all the articles are visible there so the issue seems to be only with the search.

Can someone help me what might be the problem and where else I should check?
