Currently, we are tracking our RIDAC's in the Project space, but we are using Stories to track work. Is there a way to associate a "blocked" story to it's associated Action record?
Example: A story to modify Impact/Urgency is blocked because we need input from both security and service desk teams. We create two Action items and assign one to Security and another to ServiceDesk. Is there any way to have that association (Story to Action) linked within ServiceNow?
