List Collector showing as SYSID when seen in Demand Rec Even when refers to same Table- BusinessUnit

I have a Record Producer where in I have a Field called = Impacted Business Unit which is a List collector and it is referencing to "Business Unit" Table and it is mapped to "Impacted business Applications" of Type -List , it is a custom field in the Demand Record.  In the record producer Form level this field Impacted business Unit is showing the Right Display value but after the form submission In the Demand Record this field is setting to SYS _Id . ( Both of these fields are reffering to same table business_unit )  I've checked with display checkbox on the business_unit table it is checked for name column but still it is not working . Can anyone help please.

But in the Form Level it is showing the display Value but when i open the demand record it is showing the SYS_ID

The Business Application table, which this List type field is referencing, is not the same as the Business Unit table, which your variable is referencing.
