I am converting Risk into Issues in project workspace. i have a custom field on issues form with label Mitigation plan. now i want to map Risk table mitigation plan(OOB) with issues table mitigation plan(custom). so, when user Create issues from risk then the data will be populated similar to short description and assigned to fields....
Please help me how to achieve this functionality...
