Migrate resource plan option is greyed out

I wonder if anyone can help me. i am trying to migrate resources plan but there isn't an option available me to migrate

Just one further note - if you have already done the migrate action against this record, then the 'Resource Plan' related list should have been hidden, and the Resource Assignment record used instead to capture resource needs for projects.  I'd suggest checking that the client script that does this job is still switched on in your instance.  You'll probably know that the Resource Assignment will create a Resource Plan record for you, and keep that invisibly behind the scenes...
