Migrating from Agile 2.0 to Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) in ServiceNow to aimed at aligning Agile execution with enterprise-level planning and delivery.

Happy to discuss options.  We actually use the same story table (rm_story) in both Agile Dev 2.0 and EAP so migration of stories is more just assigning them to the appropriate EAP Team.

In organisations where standard increment planning sessions are being used to get multiple teams together, then it's beneficial to have synchronised sprint dates and durations.  I appreciate in a world where teams are used to having flexibility to set their own sprint start and end dates it might feel like a limitation, but it could have a real benefit in aligning releases and ensuring cross-team dependencies are understood.
