Topic: E2E Service charging (SPM + Cost Management)
Issue: scheduled job called “Process FM Cost" disappeared
I’m currently trying to understand the end-to-end logic of service charging (SPM + Cost Management) based on CSDM. While doing this, I came across the scheduled job called “Process FM Cost.” When I tried to start this job, the scheduled job just disappeared from one minute to the next… It’s a complete mystery to me. It’s still mentioned in the logs, but the actual entry is gone?! Deleted Records… nothing! I even ran a repair on the plugins… still nothing!
Any ideas and possible root causes?
