Missing Workspaces in Lab Instance

I am doing the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Fundamentals On Demand (Washington) (Course) in ServiceNow University. 

My first lab instance was working fine but then expired.  

When I requested a new lab instance, it did not have the SPM workspaces I need to complete the course  - Project, Portfolio Planning, and Resource Management Workspaces are all missing.  

I requested a 3rd instance, but the same workspaces are still missing. I have tried to install the project workspace, but only get the attached error. 

 

How can I get the right workspaces in my lab instance?

@Annabeth Either install the correct workspace from the Application Manager or raise a Now learning support case, the support team will either install the application for you or will share another instance.

Thank you! I was able to find a resource that told me to use the 'enable app installation' option under the lab management module before installing, and I was able to successfully install.
