Need help in creating a transform map or script to build relationship

I have a huge data of Service instances and application services and mapped applications , need help in building the relationship between them . As manually adding is time consuming, Need some way(script/BG) to create this relationship between the service instance and application service

Thanks for the reply,

Currently able to create the transform map and its working, however wanted to create a filter on map so that it takes those mapped applications(child: cmdb_ci_service_discovered) which has are discovered not manually created, So as of now parent is ServiceNow Instance(cmdb_ci_service_auto)
