Full disclaimer, I am new to using resource management and capacity planning tools within SPM. Within Portfolio Planning in Strategic Planning Workspace, I don't understand why only a few demands display under the Capacity tab.
On the Prioritization tab, I have 154 demands listed based on how I configured the portfolio plan. 5 have a planning state of "New", 19 are "In Review", and the remainder are "Prioritized".
The Roadmap tab (with the default Prioritized filter removed) displays 11 Demands, with the remainder listed in the "Unscheduled items" sidebar.
Finally, the Capacity tab (again with the default Prioritized filter removed) only displays 5 demands in the bottom half, all falling under the Non Prioritized Work Item section. I can't figure out why only those 5 appear here, nor how I can add more to the list. The 5 listed do appear in the Roadmap tab and are in the In Review state. However, the 6 Prioritized demands do not show up on the Capacity tab. If I move one of the Prioritized demands back to In Review, I see it reflected correctly in the Roadmap list but it still does not appear in the Capacity view.
