Not show user name in resource

I selected the DBA role (or another role) in the Resource Capacity page. In the "Manage Resource Capacity" section, I want to see the names of the users who are assigned to that particular role. How can I display the list of users for the selected role? service now spm give me solution

Use Resource Management Workspace  to "to identify and assign the most suitable resource for an unassigned assignment."

Hello @Tanushree Maiti ,
I followed the all steps, but user names are still not showing up under the DBA role (or any other role) on the Resource Capacity page. The user field remains completely empty.
