Curious to know if anyone is using 'On Hold' or 'Deferred' states for Project.
If so, what OOTB states are you mapping those to? We had those states in place, but with one of the upgrades (I believe London) - selecting one of those states now results in an error because it considers those states custom and to continue using those values, I believe the fix is it must be mapped to a numerical value for one of the existing OOTB existing states. I hope this makes sense...please let me know if any additional info needed and what is working for you respective to On Hold/Deferred! THANK YOU!

Hi Namita,
We are very interested in participating in this improvement.
Our process involves that when a project, due to lack of resources for example, has to be set aside for several months, we put it in the "pending" state.
Best regards,

Hi Namita,
This is great news and thank you for the update!!
Please also keep me in the loop on this as I would love to continue to be engaged. In the interim, we have created custom states to accommodate and I would like to be aware of roadmap/future plans so we can account for re-factor as needed.
Have a great day!
THANKS!
Natasha

Hi Namita,
I would like to schedule a call with you. Let me know if you are open for a discussion.
If you could explain your idea we thought to implement it custom and then revert ootb when it is available.
Thanks,
Giacomo
