OOB Reports and Dashboards for ITBM - Demand Management

Do we have any OOB reports / dashboards available for demand management ?

Hello,

Just all some clarity to the above comment. The Demand report mentioned above is part of the PMO Dashboard, which utilizes ServiceNow Performance Analytics functionality.ServiceNow Performance Analytics is licensable functionality. I would check with your SN account team to make sure you can use it. Usually, most PPM packages come with it.   

Once it's active, it will show up in the menu as the Portfolio Dashboard.

If you don't see it on the menu option, you will need to turn on the PMO Dashboard plugin (com.snc.pa.pmo_dashboards plugin).

Another thing you will need to do is turn on the "metric jobs" to populate data for the reports/dashboard. Here is the post that explains how to do it - https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_blog&sys_id=32d5ffdddbfa6c10190b1ea6689619a9.

If you don't run it, you will see a "No data to display" message in the reports. 

The only other reporting capability that Demand has OOTB without additional functionality is the Demand workbench- https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/quebec-it-business-management/page/product/planning-and-policy/co...

It is ready to use without any jobs that need to run. 

In addition to the above reports, you can also create custom reports and dashboards to fit your needs.
