PDI can't get latest SPW updates

I can't update my PDI to the latest version of Strategic Planning.  Is there a workaround?  Here is the error I can't.  I don't know of a way to get something from the store into a PDI.

Generally  you  cannot install paid, licensed stored app in a standard PDI because PDIs do not support paid entitlements.
