Percent Complete in Planning Console not updating

I have a project (Utah version) while working in the Planning Console the % completed field does not update unless/until i delete or add a task -- refreshing the screen does not work either.  Not sure if this a known bug or maybe an anomaly in my project.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

You need to create the rollup for planned task fields. Have a look here on how to do it: Configure rollup for planned task fields
