We have 2 issues related to Strategic Planning Workspace that we are struggling with:
1. Trying to figure out what is missing due to which users in our Client environment are not able to see EAP and Settings icons in the Strategic Planning Workspace. If I add admin role, I can see them with other icons, but, not able to figure out which role it inherits through admin that is giving that access, which otherwise is not available to users who have scrum_admin, apw_user and even apw_admin roles.
2. Once a Portfolio Manager creates a Portfolio Plan by adding a couple of portfolios, nothing comes up under prioritization tab, even though these portfolios do have Demands and Projects under them:
Any help/pointers greatly appreciated!
Thank you.

Hi @Atish3 ,
To get the Settings icon and perform the configuration for EAP such as updating one of the existing configration for Enterprise portfolio, Full portfolio etc or to create your own configuration, user would require sn_apw_advanced.eap_admin role.
For point #2, I believe you must have checked the filter icon on "Planning" tab but if it is not due to filter, please log a support case.
Thanks,
Namita Mishra

Hi @Namita Mishra -
Thank you so much for your help. Yes, adding sn_apw_advanced.eap_admin did resolve issue with point #1. Regarding point # 2, this is what I see when I check the filter:
Not sure what am I missing for this to work. Thank you again for your help!

Hi @Atish3 ,
Glad that one issue is resolved.
For point #2, I would ask you to also check the condition, if any, set while creating the portfolio plan. You can check it by selecting "Edit portfolio plan" option.
Now if filter also looks okay and if you are getting the information under Roadmap and it's just the Planning tab which is NOT showing the info then I would suggest you to log an issue with support.
Happy Weekend!!
Thank You!
