Whenever I create a Portfolio Plan, the planning items does not show on the planning items list. Even if the chosen Portfolio has lots of projects and demands and within the date range. Why?

Can you confirm you've enabled the integration to create the planning items from your projects and demands? It's in Strategic Planning -> Integrations.

@julianada-s When you open the integration record on your screenshot, did you Generate the default mapping and run the Import?
also check if you have this property set to UPSERT
com.sn_align_cmn_int.bulk_import

How do I "run the import"? I tried a new Portfolio Plan and still not showing the items.
Thank you so much!
