Hi All,
We see that some of the users are getting blank page when they tried opening the "Planning" tab of the Modern project workspace . We did check the roles , but seems like they have all the necessary roles required.
How can we fix the issue?

Hi @phr I've just had the same issue after updating the Project Workspace plugin (update to v5.2.3 which included an update to the sn_gantt plugin to v24.2.0), and I found a solution here:

In short: delete the "pm_project_workspace_columns" User Preferences records for affected user accounts.

The solution is to delete the "pm_project_workspace_columns" User Preferences records for affected user accounts.
Perhaps including a fix script to do this deletion as part of future Gantt UI or Project Workspace updates could prevent this issue?
