Hi,

Recently we have upgraded to Washington DC, encountered this problem, which was apparently fixed in vancouver

 

has anyone come across this issue? if touch bases with ServiceNow Support regarding this.

Did not see this issue, i would recommend raising support case, they might re-open the problem or create a new one.
