We have configured the Strategic Portfolio Workspace Roadmap to use the “Color by Status” option. On the roadmap screen, each planning item is displayed in a different color according to its Status value.
However, when the roadmap is exported, the status-based colors displayed in the workspace are not retained correctly in the exported file.
Current behavior:
The “Color by Status” configuration is correctly reflected in the interactive SPW Roadmap. However, the exported output does not preserve the same colors, or it uses default colors instead of the Status colors displayed on the screen.
Expected behavior:
The exported roadmap should retain the exact “Color by Status” formatting displayed in Strategic Portfolio Workspace.
For example:
- Planning items with Green status should appear in green.
- Planning items with Orange status should appear in orange.
- Planning items with Red status should appear in red.
- The exported roadmap legend should show the same Status-to-color mapping, if the legend is included.
The export should represent the current roadmap visualization, including the selected “Color by” preference.
