Program not populating in Portfolio planning workspace

After updating the plugin "Portfolio Planning" to latest version that includes PRogram lens, we are trying to use programs , but planning item table is not syncing programs from demand and projects table.
For new records, it works fine , but when i import , it should trigger the syncing of existing programs but it does not, only when i manually update the program , it syncs.
anyone came across this issue ? shouldn't the integration work on its own for syncing existing demand/projects with import button ?

Hi @manita1 \ @zcambayot06 ,
I would suggest you to import from the back date. Steps below:
Strategic Planning -> Integrations -> Click on ServiceNow Internal
Create import request by clicking on 'Import' (on the top right) and use the From Date from when you want the records to be in sync. For example: I have used Jan 01, 2020
As a  result, few import requests will be created (screenshot below)
Once the state of these import requests changes to Completed, you should be able to see the records synch'ed.
Hopefully this should fix the issue.
