Project and RIDAC automation and ServiceNow recommendations

Client wants to implement only Project management and not interested in idea/demand

Can someone please tell me the step by step process to guide them

They are interested Project creation and RIDAC process in ServiceNow and some reporting on the project, RIDAC tables

Yes, They can create from record producer or directly from the project module in the left navigation menu
Do you know how when can we create a RIDAC records against the project and step by step process of automation instead of manual creation

For creating RIDAC records then if you want to automate you need to use flow designer

Yeah I can use flow designer or workflow or business rules for sure but what is the criteria and when can we create a RIDAC records against the project,

I want to the predefined conditions and ServiceNow recommendations to provide assistance to the client 

What is the purpose of RIDAC in project management and when can we create them
