project data import from mspo to servicenow

We are trying to import project data from mspo to servicenow using microsoft project import process in servicenow we are unable to get the data for the custom fields in servicenow , we have configured those fields in the project msps import feild mapping(msp_import_field_config_list) but fields are empty after importing the project in servicnow.

 

could you please let me know what i am missing here

Would love to hear from @Servicenow_1 as to how the out of box mappings provided with SPM (Yokohama) project import capability read the layered information in the MPP file

1. MPP references such as cost and resource are dropped by the ServiceNow project import tool if they are not top layer info in the MPP

2. The servicenow import tool works well for importing/updating project and the related Tasks but resource, cost and other related downstream mpp data seems to be ignored by the cabability
