Project Workspace - Export list of projects to Excel

Hello community,

Is there a way to export list of projects to excel, directly from the project workspace?

I believe I saw it somewhere but cannot find it in our instances that are on Yokahoma.

Would you know if such Export button exist or is yet to come in some upcoming release?

Hello @Namita Mishra  the Export button on the project workpace homepage still does not seem to be enabled automatically for the instances is there any reason for that? can that be set that OOTB, this button is going to be visible so it does not have to be configured?

sorry for missing the question. I have shared the screenshot from Zurich release. Export option should be available to the admin as well as to the user having the it_project_manager role.

Which release are you on?

Can you check if you have the latest project workspace?

Hi , we are now on Build tag: glide-zurich-07-01-2025__patch7-02-19-2026, instance was zbooted
and Project Workspace 7.1. activated today, and the button is not visible on the project workspace.

Also other two customer  instances are on Zurich with the PW 7 and do not have the buttons there.

I am an admin and cannot see it there visible on the workspace homepage.

 Hi, i was hoping to see if a resolution has been made for this question? We are currently using the Australia release, i also have the it_project_manager role assigned to my user role and still unable to export the project list to excel without moving back into the classic workspace or creating a new report. Is there a way i can add the export button? Thanks in advance.
