Project Workspace - Page not found

When I click in the button check it out, I'm redirect to Project workspace, and the page show this message: Page not found!

I need to click in Planning to get some answer, the client is considering this an Incident, what is happening?

From your post, "When I click in the button check it out", it is not clear to me which button is being clicked and from which page this button is being clicked...I would suggest to raise a ticket with ServiceNow support to get faster response.
