Anyone found a way to create KB Articles out of Doc Pages created with the 'Docs' feature that is available in the modern project workspace?
I'd like to start using the Doc Pages to document lessons learned for our project, since it is easy for the PMs to create it out of the workspace with a Docs Page template. In order for future project teams to retrieve and look at the lessons learned, we want to have them stored in a repository that is easily accessible. I was thinking to automatically add them to a Knowledge Base as a KB Article.
Seems there is no OOTB way to do this. I see the pages are stored in the Doc Pages table but seems it is the raw JSON data that is stored here.
Anyone that has done this before or can think of ways to achieve this within ServiceNow?
