Hi All,

On the portfolio planning workspace, If I use the Ranking items button and set the priority field in ascending order, A message shows on the top saying : "Ranking successful. Items in this portfolio plan are now ranked by ascending order of Priority." but it is not sorted correctly.

I tried with 'Moscow' attribute as well but that is also not working.

Could you please assist why it is not working as expected and how I could investigate the issue? Thanks.

Hi @shiwan_agrawal ,

Thanks for replying.

I raised a case with HI team and they came back with a response that the issue happened when item doesn't have value in 'global rank'.

In order to fix this below steps were suggested:

1. Navigated to [rank_configuration] table and deleted the record for [sn_align_core_initiative] table.
2. Add [sn_align_core_initiative] in include tables for [sn_align_core_planning_item] rank

configuration

3. Navigate to 'Portfolio Planning' > Diagnostics and click on 'portfolio planning diagnostics > Identify planning item without a global rank > Run Diagnostic, once done then click on run/fix script.

I tried doing the same and it worked for me fine. May I know which version/patch you are using it? Would be great if you can also share the plugin version.

Meanwhile, try repairing the plugin just to make sure if something is broken, this fixes.
