Record Producer

Hello Team,

already one record producer created on instance name "ABC", Now my requirement to is to make duplicate on that and name as "XYZ". also change Assigned to "Rohit Sharma".

Here i am able to created copy on that however how we can change assigned to as Rohit Sharma

Have you been able to identify where the "Assigned to" field is being set?

It could be configured within the Record Producer Script, Workflow/Flow, or specified in Assignment Rules, Lookup Rules, etc, or some other script around.

when we submit the record-on-record producer created record have assignment to field , where we need to change the assignment to . please see attached .

In the record producer there will be a section for record producer script where u can write below script

(Do this in the copied one)

producer.assigned_to = 'rohit_sharma sys id';

your question talks about record producer but your screenshot says about HR case

what's your actual business requirement here?
