Related Links in project details page

Anyone that has used the classic project UI knows that there is a list of "Related Links" below the body of the project details page. We have used this to get people to different places within the platform (i.e. launch a project survey).  The "Details" page for projects in the new project workspace doesn't appear to have this list of related links.  Am I correct in assuming that this feature is a) not included in the new project details page and b) there's not a way for our SN administrators to create something like this on the new project details page?

OOB there is no 'lauch survey' action there. Is it a custom one? Because the links I have on my OOB classic view, are also available next to the save button on the workspace:

You can add them there.

You can configure it in UI Action to show it in Workspace.

If you want to explore some advanced features checkout declarative action in ServiceNow which are basically UI actions for workspace.
