Request Change on Demand/Project

Hi,
I was working on SPM module and wanted to implement request change for demand and project.

I can see the approval field on Request change form but could not find any flow attached to it.

Is there any process/documentation related to it?
Once the Request change is complete/approved do the required changes have to be done manually on demand/project or do we need to create any tasks?

There isn't any automation OOTB, this is down to individual customers to build depending on their project change request process
