Hi @Bhavya19

Agent assignment depends on the technician's availability. In ServiceNow, the technician's Work Schedule/Calendar can be configured to define their working hours, availability, and planned time off.

For example, if a technician is going on maternity leave for a specific period, that time can be marked as Time Off/Unavailable in their schedule. During that period, the technician will not be considered for work assignment or scheduling.

Hi Sanjay,

I am not able to find the TIME OFF option in the Calendar. Attached the screenshot for your reference.

And unfortunately, we are not using resource plans in our organization.

So, could you help me with the alternatives?

Thanks!

In the Schedule Entries, there is a Type field. You can select Time Off from there.
