Resource assignment functionality in demand task and project task

Hi Experts,

 

We are enabling Resource assignment related list under demand task, project task and epic table but we don't see generate cost plan related link, cost plan related list also not exist in these task records. Would like to know how resource assignment functionality work in these task tables.

 

Is anyone has enabled resource assignment in these tables apart from demand and project.

Hi @ranjanak ,

There is a UI Action on the ServiceNow Demand Task form named “Add Demand Cost Plan," which is used to generate a cost plan.
The condition for this UI Action is that the user must be the person currently assigned to the Demand Task (i.e., the Assigned To field must match the logged-in user).
