Resource assignment

Hi All,

We are looking to move from resource allocation to resource assignments in ServiceNow. We are also using Domain separation. We have same resources working working across 5 domains. My question is - what is the best way to distribute their actual capacity across domains? Example - Jane is support allocation is 20% across each domain. How can i set this 20% at each domain so they can be allocated accordingly.

Hello, the OOB UI facilitates the conversion of the Resource Plan into Resource Assignment. An option is available that clarifies resource availability from the Project Workspace. You can assign resources based on that availability. In this context, it is essential to utilize the 'Planning Attribute' and 'Rate Model' configuration features to accomplish this.
