Hi team,

Can we change the resource capacity from FTE to hours at Strategic Planning Workspace.

Please see the screenshot below, in the image below, we can see it's displaying number of person(FTE), I want it in hours instead of FTE:-

Hi @Reena Kumari2,

In Strategic Planning Workspace the capacity is shown in FTE by design. The system calculates hours from resource schedules, but there isn’t an out-of-the-box option to switch the display to hours. If you need hours, the usual approach is to build a custom report/dashboard or explore a UI customization. Otherwise, this would be a good candidate for a feature request with ServiceNow.
