Resource Card filter not working

I recently migrated to Resource Assignments from Resource Plans, and I'm having trouble creating Resource Card filters in the Resource Management Workspace.  No matter what I select, I get all resource assignments instead of the limit I want.  This happens when I select "Resource" or "Work type".

 

For example, I want a card for a single project for a specific time frame.

 

I filtered by Work type, the start/end dates and the project number.

What I get are all the projects, not just the one I selected.  Any ideas why the filter doesn't work?

Thank you for connecting with community.

You can log a defect. I have checked for "work type" and yes, it is not showing just for that one project as mentioned in the filter. I have observed that filter is not holding the value s and that could be one of the reasons of this issue. In other words, if you click on edit icon you will notice that dates are intact but the filter values - in this case the number is not retained in the filter. Even if you save the filter it is not shown on editing.

I logged a case with Support and they came back with "I can't do that", which doesn't make sense to me (I rejected the solution).  Per this webinar, at 34:35 the speaker specifically states I can filter on things like Demand, Project, Program, Portfolio but I can't. 

 

Has anyone successfully created a Resource Card for a Program?
