We're experiencing an issue with Resource Management Workspace in ServiceNow. When users submit their timesheets, the actual hours entered for Project A are appearing under Project C in the Resource Management module. However, the timesheet data itself is recorded correctly in the Timesheet table.
Details:
- We are using resource assignments for tracking work.
- The issue only occurs in the Resource Management Workspace, not in the timesheet records.
- Hours submitted in the Timesheet portal are accurate, but they are misallocated when viewed in Resource Management Workspace.
Questions:
- Has anyone encountered similar issues with resource assignment?
- Are there any known configurations that might cause hours to be mapped incorrectly?
