Resource Management Workspace- Resource cards filter error

We are trying to create filter on resource cards but we are getting a issue of " java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index -2 out" upon selecting the filter tab, anyone has any idea why we are getting this error we inspected it we found out 

-Scripted REST Resource

getTopGridAllocationsData is probably the reason for this error,

Also for the same we are also getting one more error for "This filter is fetching more than 100 resources. Please modify your filter to be less than 100 resources" when we apply filter to it why we are getting this error 

we updated the value of these system properties-

 com.snc.resource_management.number_of_users_to_fetch_in_finder_at_once
com.snc.resource_management.number_of_records_to_fetch_at_a_time 

both to 200 still we are getting error

any helpful information is appreciated

You can raise a case (Hi Ticket ) to your Servicenow Vendor on this issue.
