Restore "Financials" tab or section with elements on the Project form

Hi All,
Someone deleted "Financials" section on the Project form unfortunately,

I have restored it by taking the XMLs from PDI but not showing in the project form,

Can anyone faced similar challenge, how to overcome the issue and restore the financial tab with elements back to the Project form for the old and new project records.
