Hi all,
I have a couple of client opportunities to implement Service Costing/Charging Chargebacks/Showbacks, but cannot find docs, training, nowcreate artifacts (process guide, architecture, workshop deck++), or playbook on how best to implement this.
I've found in docs:
1-Prescriptive Cost Models for Shared Services & Business Apps/Capabilities - which mentions L1 Costing - Shared Svcs, L2 Costing - Biz Svcs, L3 Costing - Biz Capabilities
2-SPM Financial Management - which mentions service charging & showbacks
3-SPM Cost Management - which mentions use biz svcs w/expenses
And somewhere these docs mention queuing up a Service Catalog Service, which can be purchased, to cover varying periods of time, and can be subscribed, so that when the purchase/subscribe period end is reached, an automatic Servic Charge is generated.
Does anyone have any idea or recommendations on how to find this?
