Has any on used Shift Handover Application. i could not find any documentation.

@Namita Mishra  Thanks. We were looking for similar application for ITSM. With shift management and on call scheduling capability we are missing Shift handover. 

Can you advise if service now has anything on Shifthandover for ITSM.
