Show 'Requested for' in report

Hi

 

Is there any way to show Requested for column in TASK table report.

 

That would be useful when make gauges or lists from the TASK table.

I didn't manage to find the proper value from Available choice list.

Thanks for this.   I must apologise as I am a noob to ServiceNow.   Could you offer some more detail please? sorry for being so thick


not sure what else you need a lot depends on the report you are running... but assuming you are starting from the task table <the only way to get change, request, and incident in one report> you will need to add the fields from the individual tables...



please provide a little more detail on where you are starting your list view/report and i can provide more details on how to get what you need.

  1. E.g. if you open UAM   -
    Access Request TASKs list.

Dohhh sorry i was answering how to add them to the filter not the report.. in a list view.. just right click and personalize the list layout



now scroll down until you see "Requested For [Request]" in red and add that


then scroll up to caller[Incident] in red and add that.
