SPM licenses count

Hi all,

 

How can I count how many licenses I am currently using for SPM module?

Which roles should I check?

As far as I know for ITSM for example I need to verify if "itil" or "approver_user" role is associated to the user. If so, it means I can count it as a ITSM license.

It works similarly with SPM but with different roles?

 

I tried to use Subscription dashboard but it is clearly not updated.

Hi @Tommaso2 ,

You would need to utilize Subscription Management feature to check how many SPM licenses are in use. Check out the video below, it covers Subscription Management in detail.

go to table license_role and group by application. Then identify an application from the SPM product like "Project Portfolio Management". The column "Role Type" contains what you are looking for:
