We find the built-in reports and reporting capabilities within SPM to be quite limited. As a result, we spend a significant amount of time exporting data and manipulating it in Excel.
We've heard that many companies use Tableau as their reporting solution. If your organization uses Tableau, we would appreciate it if you could share the pros and cons, as well as any insights you wish you had known before making the switch.
